Regular registration (1 - 15 July 2018)

Speaker fee

(equivalent to USD 190/EUR 155 approx.)

Graduate/PhD Student fee

500,00 PLN
(equivalent to USD 145/EUR 120 approx.)


The fee in PLN includes the credit card transaction surcharges.

In case of bank transfer payment, all the bank charges should be covered by the participant.

*Early registration fee will be accepted only if it is received before 30th June, 2018. After this date only regular registration fee will be accepted.

Conference Package

Conference fee includes: free access to all conference events; conference bag with programme; free lunches & coffee breaks; free invitation to a welcome reception (the first day) and a gala dinner (the second day).

Payment methods

Credit card (on-line payment)

  • log in to the registration system and click Pay on-line link
  • tick the choosen registration fee and click Pay on-line button.
  • There will be automatic transfer to the payment system (Polcard)

Bank transfer

  • log in to your account and click Edit registration fees link.
  • Choose Payments and invoices tab. You will find there bank transfer data.
  • Bank transfer title should include the name of the participant and the conference name (Security Conference 2018 Krakow).

Cancellation policy

All cancellations have to be confirmed in writing to:

Cancellation before 30th August 2018: full refund minus the banking charges.

Cancellation after 30th August 2018: no refund.

All refunds will be processed after the conference.


Participants who need an invoice should provide relevant data during the registration process.

A note for Jagiellonian University affiliates

The employees and students of the Jagiellonian University should not provide invoice data in the registration system.

Instead, they should email a request for issuing an accounting note ("nota wewnętrzna") to
